CFA® Level III tutoring over video with a charterholder

At Level III, the writing is what costs you points.

I teach you how to answer. My course space grades every written answer against the guideline, in seconds.

The exam format

Your answer is graded against a guideline, point by point.

Level III · essay 4, part B

Your answer

Recommend the liability-relative approach, because the client's spending need is fixed and the horizon is short…

✓Recommendation stated1 / 1
✓Justified by the client constraint2 / 2
✕Figure from Exhibit 1 used0 / 1
graded in 4 s3 / 4

The grader is looking for specific elements. A good idea badly laid out scores zero. The course space shows you what scored and what is missing, on every written answer.

The curriculum

The core, then your pathway.

Figures from my course space as of 25 October 2026.

The real risk

They tell you it takes 300 hours. They never tell you which ones.

In three years of teaching I have never seen anyone fail for lack of hours. People fail because nobody told them where their hours were going.

Where the 300 hours go at Level III

Hours rereading the curriculum, almost none writing under exam time. On the day, the right idea is there and the guideline cannot see it.

You'll probably still do the same 300 hours. Here, you and I will know at any moment where they're going.

Your online course space

Your course space, in five points.

That's where your hours go between two classes. Everything is written in house, on the official curriculum, and it works on your phone.

You learn, interactively

Short chapters where you touch everything. Every formula reads in words, in symbols and in numbers. Every definition opens a picture. The curves, you move them yourself.

Fixed Income · chapitre 3

La convexity d'une obligation explique pourquoi deux titres de même duration ne réagissent pas pareil.

Convexity

The curvature of the relationship between a bond price and its yield. The stronger it is, the more the price rises when yields fall, and the less it falls when they rise.

motsToday's price is tomorrow's cash flow brought back to today.
symbolesPV = FV ÷ (1 + r)ⁿ
chiffres1,000 ÷ (1.05)³ = 863.84

You practise like in the exam

You work on exam format cases, with their written answers. Every written answer is graded point by point against the guideline, in seconds. You also have three full mocks, in English or in French.

Corrected straight away, with the trap explained.

You track your skills

Every answer is linked to a precise skill in the curriculum. Your map tells you what is solid, fragile or critical, and your week plan rebuilds itself from there.

The right dose of AI, the kind that makes you think

An AI trained for this course, Sniper, does what a teacher can't do on every single answer. And it stops there.

  • It grades your written answers against the exam guideline, in seconds.
  • It explains a passage you don't get, at your level, by asking you the question before it.
  • It rebuilds your work plan from your skills map.
  • It never writes for you.
  • It doesn't give you the answer before you've tried.
  • A no AI mode switches everything off, to practise like on exam day.

The session with me

With one to one tutoring, at €179 a month, we meet for an hour every month. Your map tells me which skills are critical, and the session is built on them.

One hour over video, just the two of us

On Google Meet, weekday evenings or weekend mornings. No group, no replay of a lesson made for someone else.

Prepared before we meet

I look at your skills map, your latest answers and your written work. I arrive with the three points that cost you the most, and the questions that go with them.

Teaching, not just correcting

On each point I explain why it traps you, I show you the method that works, and we do an example together before moving on to exam format questions.

Your sheet at the end

You leave with the session sheet: your hard points written up cleanly, the method, and what you work on until next time.

No card. You then choose between the full course and one to one tutoring.

Everything is built on the official curriculum, written and checked by a charterholder who teaches all three levels.

Every month

A live session with me, on your questions.

One evening a month, over video, for all my students. During the month, you leave your questions in your course space. On the evening of the live session, I take the ones that come up most, I redo the calculations that cost points, and I answer live. If you can't make it, the recording is in your course space the next day.

Me, live, over video on Google Meet. I'm a charterholder, I passed all three levels in a row, and I've been teaching CFA preparation for three years in an institute, at all three levels. FinSnipe is the name of my course, the online course space comes with it.

Whichever you prefer. At Level III, the chapters, the cases and the mocks exist in both languages, and you can practise writing in either. On exam day you write in English, so we get there before the end.

Yes, and it's actually the best time. Your first week is there to tell you frankly where you stand, how much time you'll need, and what to start with. The chapters are written for someone discovering the material.

Count on six to eight hours a week over four to five months for one level, working in the right order. If you have less, we say so in the first hour and adjust the plan, rather than pretending.
